What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, is one of the most researched and effective methods to improve your mental health and wellbeing— like it's precursor, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)—it's grounded on practical life skills that anyone can learn.

TheraHive is the leading educational program for learning DBT skills.

No Therapist, No Problem.

Unlike many DBT programs, we do not require our students to be in individual therapy to be in our program. While about a third of our students do have an individual therapist, the majority of students are able to improve their mental health with our program alone.

Wired to work
for you

Humans evolved in small groups so we’re wired to learn in them.

Research shows that groups of 6 to 10 people are optimally engaged, committed, and effective at achieving shared goals.

Your Hive’s shared goal is your mental health.

Join a Hive From Anywhere

We pull Hives together from a diverse client community which allows us to match complimentary members and optimize the learning outcomes for each individual.

Blended Learning,
Better Outcomes.

Top colleges have adopted blended learning because it is more effective, convenient, and flexible for students. Our model empowers you to learn at your own pace so that you can develop a mastery of each skill before layering on the next.

Report a Benefit

Most students say that their mental health improved after taking one of our DBT modules.

Completion Rate

On average less that 15% of learners complete online courses. At TheraHive, it's over 95%.
