Our short-term online courses are based on a flipped-classroom approach with on-demand curriculum, assessments,  live group sessions, and optional 1:1 coaching.

All courses begin with a one hour assessment session with a coach to assess your background, requirements, and goals. This session enables us to optimally match you to your hive.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills

Our DBT Skills Path is based on Dr. Smart’s experience leading in-person DBT skills groups with clients in comprehensive DBT treatment. The program incorporates insights, and exercises that can’t be found anywhere else
