Great online course, with live group sessions. Very effective for me. The skills are life saving.

"I am currently in my second module at Therahive and I am loving it. The way they structure each lesson works very well for me. You have your own self paced reading to do (with LOTS of information! Videos, interactive things, etc.) and then you meet for an hour each week with your coach and discussion group. It’s a great time to talk about how you practiced your skills and to get feedback from your coach. I’ve already noticed an insane difference in how I approach situations, and am able to regulate my emotions much more easily. Your coach is also available via email and is very responsive. I’m going to be continuing with therahive for all four modules"

I joined TheraHive at a time that I needed extra support to stay on track when things felt like they were falling apart. The self-paced content is so well thought out with real-world examples that made it easy to follow and learn. The group sessions exceeded my expectations. I was nervous going in, but after months in the program, I truly feel like I have a support team of peers who I can relate. Coach Nicole is able to gently challenge us so that we grow, while also being so kind and nonjudgemental so that there is no shame as we learn!

Really enjoyed learning skills as opposed to traditional talk therapy.

I have recently completed TheraHive's 22-week DBT course and found it to be very informative and useful. The structure of completing self-paced "homework" ahead of each week's live group session on Zoom really helped to facilitate great conversations in my group which were enjoyable and further enhanced my learning. Our coach (Carrie) was a really great coach. She was supportive, intuitive, and sensitive, while also being good at (gently) reminding us of the things we needed to do each week to get the most out of the course. Side note - my husband and two adult daughters also did the course at the same time. We were, of course, in different groups for the live sessions, which meant the specific modules we were each doing did not necessarily line up as there is not a specific "beginning module" per se. New students join a group at the beginning of a module (each module is 4-6 weeks long), but this can be any of the 4 modules (Distress Tolerance, Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Relationships). Nevertheless, it was still a super interesting journey for my family to experience together and led to some great conversations in our home. I would highly recommend this course to anyone - and have already done so to some of my friends. Thank you, TheraHive!

I can't recommend TheraHive enough. The group sessions were truly the heart of the experience - really run, wonderfully supportive, and so validating. I learned so much from hearing other members' perspectives and insights. Coach Stefan deserves a special mention. He has a real gift for teaching DBT skills in a way that actually sticks, and his warmth and encouragement made every session a safe space to learn and grow. The one-on-one sessions with him were the perfect complement to group work. If you're considering DBT and want a program that's engaging, has a flexible schedule, and is led by someone who genuinely cares, TheraHive is for you.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with TheraGive’s adult DBT skills program over the past almost 6 months. The program exceeded my expectations in every way and it was worth every penny. The self-study content was accessible and easy to understand and apply in my daily life. I appreciated the encouraging email and text reminders to complete the self-study content in order to keep on pace. During what has been a difficult period in my personal life, the weekly live sessions gave me something to look forward to each week. I felt a real sense of trust between my fellow hive members and it was special to bond with some of them over a long period of time. Their participation and the guidance of our coach, Carrie, helped me to feel less alone while navigating trying times. I recommend this program to anyone who is seeking to decrease their suffering, increase their resilience, develop mindfulness skills and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for TheraHive. It's such a wonderful group of people who you can tell both love what they do and actually care about you. The content itself is so wonderfully presented and they give you SO much information. I have taken DBT before and it was never as informative as TheraHive. I learned so much and my life has truly changed for the better. I feel like an entirely different person from before TheraHive to after. It's been a few months since I completed the whole program and I am still happy to say that I have been doing really well thanks to all the skills I have learned! TheraHive takes the best parts of D.B.T. and supercharges them with additional wisdom and information. The courses are engaging, and the coaches care about the students and their progress. I stumbled upon this website after DBT was suggested to me. I have many different reasons for committing. Everything I have learned so far has been invaluable life skills that if you already mastered great, but absolutely everyone can benefit from learning.
