We're thrilled to share that TalentLMS, the platform behind our DBT skills courses and groups, has recognized us for the third year in a row. This year, the honors come in two categories: a Social Impact Award for TheraHive and a Training Trailblazer Award for Dr. Alicia Smart!
Social Impact Award
TheraHive has received a Social Impact Award, which honors organizations whose training programs change lives for the better. This one feels especially close to our hearts. Everything we do is built around making DBT skills education reachable for people who need it, whether that is a teen learning to ride out big emotions or a parent looking for new ways to connect with their child. Knowing that our learners are finding real support, and that it has been noticed, is the best kind of encouragement.

Training Trailblazer Award for Dr. Alicia Smart
We are also delighted to celebrate our co-founder, Dr. Alicia Smart, who received a Training Trailblazer Award. Alicia has shaped nearly every part of how TheraHive teaches. She takes clinical skills and turns them into learning experiences that are clear and practical and genuinely welcoming. Our team and our community feel the difference her care makes every day, and it is wonderful to see her leadership honored this way.

A Partnership We Value
TalentLMS has been central to how we deliver what we make. Its flexible, easy-to-use platform lets us build courses, groups, and skill-building resources that learners can settle into comfortably. Being recognized by a partner we rely on so much makes this news even sweeter.
Thank You
To the TalentLMS team, thank you for three years of recognition and support. To our learners, group members, and the whole TheraHive team, thank you for the heart you bring to this work. These awards belong to all of you.
Join Us in Celebrating
We would love for you to celebrate with us. If TheraHive has been part of your learning journey, thank you for being here. Here’s to another year of growing together and helping more people build skills for a life worth living.
